Quality control procedures are strictly implemented from cleaning barns, vaccinations, chicken care to classifying eggs with an automatic classification system and sterilization with UV rays, packaging to ensure that all QL Vietnam eggs when reaching consumers are fresh, clean and safe products.

FRESH EGG - NEW BORN EGG:

Component: 100% egg

Quality criteria:

  • Protein: 10-20 (g/ 100g)
  • Amoniac ≤ 10mg/ 100g
  • H2S: negative

Classifying eggs is based on packaged form and grading

  • Plastic box: 6 eggs / box
  • Plastic box: 10 eggs / box
  • Plastic box: 12 eggs / box
  • Paper tray: 30 eggs / tray
  • Carton box: 150 eggs / box
  • Paper bundle: 300 eggs/ bundle

WHOLE SANITIZED EGGS:

Raw eggs from the safe layer houses have been collected, transported to the egg room where the eggs are disinfected with UV rays, sorted by size, packed as bundle. After that, the eggs continue to be moved into the egg washing room and continue to be processed according to the imported egg-sanitizer machine, operating capacity of 10,000 eggs / hour. At this step, eggs go through candling, washing, sterilization, food grade oil spraying and packaging of finished products as customer's requirements. Currently, qualified eggs are supplied to customers with high requirements such as McDonald's, Ajinomoto, etc.

OMEGA EGGS:

Omega-3 eggs are a type of egg produced by feeding layers a diet rich in omega-3 sources such as flaxseed, chia seeds or oils making the eggs rich in Omega 3, DHA, Vitamin A & Vitamin E.

About Omega-3 Eggs:
